HDR Photography - Entire Property, Inside & Out
daytime Showcase Photography:
For each price level, you’ll get as many photos as necessary to shoot the subject property. The quantity listed is a guide. Package does not include neighborhood/community photos.
Basic - $149 for up to 1500 SF (typically 15-20 photos)
Premium - $199 for up to 3500 SF (typically 25 - 30 photos)
Luxury - $299 for up to 4500 SF (typically 35-40 photos)
Estate - $450 for over 4500 sf (50 plus photos) to properly cover the property and show off all the views, special features, luxury elements and grand scale of the property.
Photography Add Ons:
- Twilight - $199 - Add on fee for shooting twilight shots. Typically 4-6 photos on a return visit during sunset.
- Virtual Staging: $35 per photo
- Day for Evening Photos: $25 per photo (Digitally enhanced daytime photo to look like sunset/twilight hour
Community Photos - $50
Premium Processing - $35 (per order, not per photo)
Extra Photoshop - $35 (grass replacement, item removal etc. that requires time in photoshop to edit.
Drone/Aerial
$175 for stills only of the exterior of property and immediate views
$249 for 30-45 second video of exterior area and 4-6 drone still photos
$299 for 1-2 minute video including 6-8 still drone photos and exterior drone video of home
Drone Add Ons
- $200 - video of surrounding area, views, beaches, golf course, amenities etc. of a community that helps show off the community. This 30-45 second video is added to the drone video selected above to give buyers a full understanding of the area.
- $150 for sunset and time lapse video to accompany a drone or video shoot
Interior Video
$350 for full walk thru video of the home - up to 2,499 sf
$425 for full walk thru video of the home - 2,500 to 3,500 sf
$475 for full walk thru video of the home - 3,500 to 4,999
$50 for Zillow Video. We are approved Zillow photographers and can get your video uploaded to premium agent status. Any of the interior or drone videos can be uploaded
Interior Video Add Ons:
- $125 for agent on camera introduction to a walk thru video. Can select 2-3 locations for standup locations.
- $150 for sunset and time lapse video to accompany a drone or video shoot
